I can't ask for a better service and had a wonderful experience there and would go again especially for a mature woman
I would not recommend this beauty salon. I went in today for an eyebrow wax and the beautician has ripped the skin off my face between my eyebrows in 3 places. I only got a few seconds to look at the finished result in a dark room and my eyes were really watering so did not see the torn skin until I got home. I called up and and to speak to the manager and it took her two hours to call me back. I was offered a full refund and if I came back into the store I was offered some balm, but as I am unable to go back today the earliest I can get it is 3 days later so that offer seems a fairly unhelpful solution. I am going to be a bridesmaid in less than a week so this is basically going to ruin all the photos, I am fairly devastated. Im sure some of the beauticians here are better trained as other reviews seem very positive which is why I chose to go here. I guess I was unlucky, but I wouldnt chance going here again.
I swear Ill never go to another beautician again after Sophie Herricks work on my nails. Im a nail biter so my nails are short but she still managed to put acrylic nails on and they were sublime! Shes lovely to talk to, and makes you feel special as soon as you walk in. Top girl, very skilled as a beautician, even though she hasnt been practicing for as long as soon - would 100% recommend to anyone!
