Had lots of older uni books to get rid of. Found that as soon as id added 2 that were low value, below 20p they effectively rejected everything else i added as i tested it with new and old books as well as ones they'd accepted minutes before. I gave up in the end as i got the message, my books weren't good enough.
Absolute rubbish. They claim they only received half the books sent and refuse to pay the full price quoted. It just so happens the 3 books that supposedly didnt arrive were the most expensive. All books were in the 1 box so if there were some missing then the box wouldve been tampered with or the delivery driver needs to be questioned however they claim that the box was completely fine. They therefor refuse to open an investigation saying its our fault for not sending all the books when we know for a fact that all books were in the 1 box. Total rip off.
