Couldnt fault this company at all! Recently dealt with a non fault claim for me. Id never had an accident so didnt have a clue where to start but the company took all the details of my accident and they dealt with everything for me completely stress free! I even got a lovely courtesy vehicle when my vehicle was in for repairs at the garage. After seeing other posts I was completely stunned couldnt complain at all and would highly recommend to all!!
Very poor communication - after multiple phone calls and five weeks waiting they got the other drivers insurance to admit liability in what should have been a very easy case. They then said they had done their bit and left it to me to pursue the claim from there. Would not recommend using at all.
was much better than using my insuarnce company. Collision Solutions got me in a hire car free of charge within an hour of ringing them. Communication was a little slow and i was not kept informed of what was happening. And had to chase them up alot! They tended not to reply to my emails? But got paid out in the end and bought my car back very cheap!!
I used Collision Solutions in January and it was great from the start. Looking at the negative comments on here, previous staff... always have something to say. Others have said Collision Solutions couldn't help, possibly they were at fault for the accident so the claim was in dispute??I have no reason not to recommend them
