Ive been going for a couple of years however, my last visit was very disappointing. I went with a new stylist that was senior however my hair has turned a tacky blonde and is completely dead from the shoulders down. They attempted to rectify it once however just killed my hair more. They are also refusing to give me a refund. Just a terrible experience. Having to pay for another salon to try and fix my hair
A hairdresser described as a senior stylist decked my hair, I have always had long hair well not anymore as the so called senior stylist made sure of that.
Emily was very thorough and really took her time. The 'deluxe' hairwash and massage was divine. Definitely recommend.
