These people are crooks. There is a good chance they will take your money and leave you without a completed kitchen, as they have with us - even though we paid in full over a year ago. Our kitchen fitter (who has done a great job with the units) was recommended by Niche Kitchens but he won't work with them anymore because they conned him out of some money. Their worktop supplier have had continual problems with them and have withdrawn credit facilities to them because they don't pay their bills. They will not answer your emails or phone calls once you have paid them and and you want to know where your kitchen is. They have good people skills and seem charming but they will smile at you and tell you barefaced lies, and they seem not to care about the stress and anxiety they put you through. Having said all that, the quality of the Schüller kitchen is excellent and Marcela Freitas did a good design, but their business practices are appalling. Avoid them like the plague, so you don't end up having to take them to court as we are.

I recently had my kitchen fitted by Niche Kitchens. Right from the start Marcella and Fernando couldnt have been more helpful. They designed the most amazing kitchen. I never imagined it would turn out the way it did. It is so beautiful, so different and so me. It looks like a 50,000 kitchen but at a fraction of the price. Everyone compliments my kitchen. To the point of friends coming over to have selfies in my amazing kitchen ! Thank you so much Marcella and Fernando at Niche Kitchens. You truly did deliver and are such lovely people. Excellent company! absolutely wonderful product and i could not have been happier with the designs and the efficient work that they have carried out for me. Straight from day one everything went smoothly, always contactable and able to answer my questions in a professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great new kitchen. I know where ill be going to in a few months to do get my master bedroom done.
Have to give Marchela and Fanandoe, a big thank you, there was a little trouble with the suppliers and that was not there fault, they did sort this problem out. we was adding two new wall units and the suppliers sent the wrong ones. niche sorted out immediately, it took quite a while but it was worth it . Jamie the kitchen fitter did a fantastic job, very clean and was excellent quality workmanship and it was worth the wait . 10 out of 10. thank you Niche team Peter Salisbury
