Fed up with the long waiting times to get an appointment, get told to ring at 8 in the morning the next day, and then when you do the line Is always busy, staff are great and friendly, but its hard to even get a appointment to see them awful
Absolute joke of a place. Had me waiting 50 mins to be told there was no doctor in and that's even after the nurse had seen me. Pointless even attending. Won't be attending again!!
Being a clumsy oaf I have to visit here a few times a year. Ive always found the staff to be very helpful
Great experience at the hub Rawtenstall I found the staff to be friendly and helpful at the hub .after coming of my quad bike and badly injuring my ankle i attended the minor injuries unit on friday morning. There was hardly any waiting i was seen within 5 minutes maybr more .then immediately referred for an xray which was only metres away no travelling involved .same again only a 5 minute wait then straight in xray straight away then back to the nurse immediate results. No broken ankle thankfully. Then given treatment then off home all done within an hour .if this was at a local A and E i would have been there for hours and hours .this is a great local facility and its opened 7 days a week .it should be used more its a great facility and great staff .im perplexed about the negative feedback
I would like to thank all the staff in the Endoscopy Unit who looked after me today, especially Hayley who stayed with me for most of the afternoon. Excellent care!
