Treasured Possession did a great job of cleaning my wedding dress which was heavily stained around the bottom. They kept in regular contact via email to let me know how things were going. I had no problems with the DPD service, unlike other reviewers. I'm really pleased and very grateful for the great job they did!
Ordering was easy and great communication from the team, keeping me informed of the progress. My dirty wedding dress has come back a wonderful white (of course with a few faint marks which they pre-warned me would be hard to remove, namely a big black footprint on the train)! I am thoroughly happy with how it has turned out though, especially as there was a lot of delicate beading and netting on the dress. It was beautifully folded and packed along with my veil in a classic keepsake box. Very happy customer.
Saw the reviews and got worried but wanted to make a point of reviewing the good service I have experienced. Everything went exactly as described. The dress came back looking lovely in the box all wrapped up. I'm very pleased! Good communication of the marks on the dress - it was filthy from a wet wedding, even had face paint on it! Delivery done exactly as requested. A very happy bride. Thank you!
Dress came back clean & in the lovely box. However theyd managed to get black biro pen on the front. Gutted. They offered to clean it again but I cant risk it going back a second time.
Appalling - avoid like the plague! Took a day off work to be at home for the courier to collect my dress but they never showed up. Complained to Treasured Possession and they arranged another courier to collect, but they didnt show up either. When I complained again I was then passed on to the incredibly rude Managing Director Andrew Novak who had no interest in resolving the situation whatsoever and simply told me to use another dry cleaner! So Ive wasted 2 days and a lot of stress for absolutely nothing, and now weeks have passed since I placed the original order and the stains on my dress have set in. Absolutely furious.
