They have made mistake twice with my legal documents not want to give helpful advice either, inshort they just want to get the job done and take your fees.
Never had any issues with them, they are easy to understand clear and saved me a lot of time and stress. Managed to get all my things completed without any delays and they were just a phone call away. One thing that was difficult was trying to get a hold of my case handler whenever i finished work at 4pm however they always gave me a call back the following day with answers to my questions.I never did get a reply back to any of my emails but apart from that everything was fine. I would most definitely use them again.
