we have used Freddys for a long time now and i have never had a problem the food is always well cooked pipping hot and very tasty when it gets here they are always early and the friendly nature of the gentlemen who come to deliver is great i love the food from Freddys and my dog George the Akita does too the guys know he has one with me and brought him the extras at the end of the afternoon that had been left he absoloutly loved it what kind people they are i really couldnt find fault with this place
Im from ireland but ive been to this place a few times when ive been to rawtenstall. I have to say tje food is absolutly beautiful. Cooked when you go in so there is a wait but its well worth it. Last time i went there i actually nearly ate untill i exploded it was that nice.
Used to be regular ordering twice a week, but they seem to make excuses on their pizza mould problem, they would blame the cooking tray and say it wasnt mould it was the tray causing it to look like mould, however i went in midweek once and the pizza was fine, so i highly doubt it, i am writing this review after many weeks as i dont believe they are going to fix it anytime soon and i hope they realise their mistakes. Big love for the friendly delivery drivers always taking care of me, this place has gone downhill, been a regular at chesters now instead.
Words wouldn't explain the experience I had, I work at the nearby tesco and come to this Freddie's for my lunch. I ordered 2 7 inch pizza meals, as I come here the said to me that dont get to 7 inches and get 1 12inch it's made for you and ready to go. As I was chewing on the pizza it was a pizza from the MICROWAVE yeah MICROWAVE. This place is absolutely disgusting and I'll recommend to stay away! Pay extra and get better food then get disgusting food from this awful place.
Told 45 mins delivery. Waited over 90 minuts. Food was only just warm. Only reduced bill by 1. Will never return here no matter what. You've been warned. STAY AWAY
