Took my dog to the Vet to have a nail clipped and the vet put a muzzel on my dog because it was a rotweiler, when I took my other dog in for the same issue a few weeks earlier which is a collie no muzzel! As a Vet they should really be aware not to judge a dog by its breed. I will not be using this vets again.
Nice shop. Animals feel healthy, clean and well looked after. I would not hesitate buying an animal from here. I normally just buy supplies from here though so cannot speak from personal experience. Decent size fish section as well.
Friendly helpful staff . Spent a lot of time helping me out as new dog owner . Didnt push for a sale .
A great selection of essentials for all pets however I only visit in emergencies when I run out and forget to purchase in time online. The reason being you can get most things instore for less than half the price elsewhere online including delivery. I would rather spend the extra cash on more treats and toys for my pets.
Always receive great service from this store, happy friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand. Wide range of products to suit all budgets and a good breadth and depth of stock. Would definitely recommend to anyone to visit this store, plenty of parking and ease of access.
