The cafe is disgustingly untidy, under staffed and plain cold food. The store itself is fine but the cafe is appalling ... needs sorting
My wife left her handbag on the back of the shopping trolly, it had her purse, cards , phone etc in it. I didn't expect to see it again, but It was found by Dave the porter and left in customer service for her to collect. I was worried everything would be lost, but thankfully everything was still there . I want to thank the staff at Asda Rawtenstall , especially Dave for their honesty, diligence and customer service. Thank you.
Good store, good prices but park in the lower car park at your own risk. My click and collect recently took an hour. The traffic lights are a complete mess. Not doing that again.
Change your opening hours! It states you are open from 12am to 10pm on Saturday, i came at 3am due to lack of sleep and you were closed
Fab supermarket with a lot of choice of groceries. Also a good clothes department, homeware and electronics. Good all rounder for most of your needs and I would definitely recommend
