I have been going to this Dentist for a long time (5 Stars for my last dentist) he was very considerate and caring and respectful)Today I arrived and was so disappointed to see he had left. I am a calm person however the manner and very lack of gentle way of cleaning my teeth I was horrified I made it clear I would not be returning to this Dentist and have complained. The lady I spoke to and the receptionist were both polite and understanding.Obviously the best dentist I have known in a while has gone now. I an now going to be seeing a new lady dentist and I will be reviewing again after my next visit next year. Always been nice receptionist at my Dentist and do not make these remarks easily .
Helpful and friendly receptionists and the dentist is excellent, highly recommended.
Turned up for an appointment that I booked online. Told there were no dentist in. They were no longer taking on bus patients until September. They had sent a letter which I got when I arrived home after my appointment
Attitude of woman behind the desk is awful and she is unhelpful. If i had time id roast the dentist on this review but unfortunately i dont
Always been happy with treatment, sometimes may have to sit and wait but this is because time is given where needed to patients. My son age 10 is no longer frigtened of the dentist thank you :)
