computer says no attitude is very upsetting when your daughter is suffering because of an error on their behalf. They seem to have very little empathy.
Appointments booked in good time and always seen on time. The staff have all been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
what am absolute joke to get hold of an appointment in a morning 17+time to try ring and get one and still got nothing. Joke
The nursing staff, practitioner and reception staff are efficient,compassionate and have effective listening skills (hence the award of 2 stars). However the GP's I am unfortunately unable to offer a rating to at the moment. Maybe if they stopped following such a clinical model and "Listened..." alongside detracting from being so arrogant and approximate in approach they could actually assist the patient more constructively.
I have been going here all my life and its just not the same as you never see a regular doctor. not had a good experience these recent years..going back again because I was denied regular medication and given one of the two and well not in good shape now..
