I cant speak highly enough about the level of service I have recently received from Pete, Emma, Angela and all the team at Farrow and Farrow. From instruction to completion I was kept updated in a friendly and professional manner and suitable tenants for my property were found within a week ! Knowledgeable people doing a great job, very highly recommended.
They marketed our property brilliantly, - even using social media posts then arranged 15 viewings in 3 blocks over the next weekend. They sold our house within a week at virtually the asking price. They kept a close eye on the sale as it progressed communicating with all solicitors. Fantastic customer service - cant recommend them highly enough.
When rang in to book appointment have been advised that latest they can do is 4pm so we booked appointment for 16.00. We were running slightly late due to traffic so at 16.02 I rand office to advise them about it and been told that it's OK. We got to address at 16.08 and knocked on the door but there was nobody there. I rang office again and lady on the phone advised that agent couldn't wait any longer as she had another appointment! So what do you take customers contact details for? Why agent didn't ring us to advise????? Not very professional Poor customer service
