excellent service. a very professional company. they follow up every viewing for feedback and report back to the seller. Quality of photos is much better than competitors as they use photographers and not an iPhone. rates are very competitive. all in all, a good agent to sell with.

Totally disappointed with Keenans. Had an offer for the house before Christmas only to find out eight weeks down the line buyer was not proceeding with the house and nobody knew why? Had another viewing and was trying to get an offer for the house for three days by email (I am sure they had mobiles). Had another viewing with the full amount offered only to be told three days down the line the offer had been retracted. Totally fed up and had to keep chasing for information even though at the time of having the house up for sale, I was paying them. If you are thinking of using find someone else!
